Shipping & Delivery

At LUCE MART, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and with full transparency. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your items are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed:

  • Same-day processing for orders before 12 PM.
  • Orders after 12 PM are processed the next business day.
  • Processing does not include Sundays or public holidays.
  • Custom purchase orders may require additional processing time (you’ll be notified).

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery times depend on your location and the type of product ordered.

Within Lagos

  • Standard Delivery: 24 – 48 hours
  • Express Delivery: 2 – 6 hours (extra fee applies)

Outside Lagos (Rest of Nigeria)

  • Standard Delivery: 2 – 4 working days
  • Remote Areas: 3 – 7 working days

International Deliveries

  • 7 – 14 working days
  • Customs or clearance delays may extend delivery time.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on:

  • Your location
  • Product weight/size
  • Delivery speed (standard or express)

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • A tracking link
  • SMS/Email updates on package movement

You can also track your order via Track Order on our website.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Phone number unreachable
  • Customer unavailable

You may be required to pay a redelivery fee.

6. Pre-Order, Bulk Order & Custom Purchase Delivery

These may have longer delivery windows due to production or international sourcing.

Estimated timelines will be shared with you before payment.

7. Damaged or Missing Items During Delivery

We take packaging seriously, but if you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A missing item
  • A wrong item

Please contact our support team within 24–48 hours with:

  • Unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Order number

We will resolve the issue immediately based on our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Public Holidays & Special Seasons

During festive seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Ramadan, etc.):

  • Deliveries may take longer
  • We advise early ordering to avoid delays

9. Warehouse Pickup

Customers in Lagos may request pickup option from our designated locations.

Pickup details will be shared upon confirmation.
