- Orders after 12 PM are processed the next business day.

Delivery times depend on your location and the type of product ordered.
Within Lagos
- Standard Delivery: 24 – 48 hours
- Express Delivery: 2 – 6 hours (extra fee applies)
Outside Lagos (Rest of Nigeria)
- Standard Delivery: 2 – 4 working days
- Remote Areas: 3 – 7 working days
International Deliveries
- 7 – 14 working days
- Customs or clearance delays may extend delivery time.
3. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on:
- Your location
- Product weight/size
- Delivery speed (standard or express)
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Order Tracking

- SMS/Email updates on package movement

5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to:

- Phone number unreachable
- Customer unavailable
You may be required to pay a redelivery fee.

We take packaging seriously, but if you receive:

- A missing item
- A wrong item

- Clear photos of the issue
